I have all eps installed, plus all sps except holiday and H&M. I used stuff from Uni, NL, OFB, Pets, Seasons, BV and AL, and Family Fun Stuff, Ikea , Kitchen & Bath and Mansion & Gardens. Minimal CC, included in lot package. Partially furnished (Kitchen, bathrooms, dining and living area are all completely furnished, but not overly decorated, so it is easy to change the furnishing to suit your taste. Other rooms are left empty. Fire and burglar alarms are included. Note: the fire alarm is hidden beneath the decoratice hood above the stove. The burglar alarm is by the courtyard front gate. Packaged with Clean Installer. House was playtested (It was packaged before playtesting). Note: I did not include the invisible driveway I use (by roddyalexio at MTS2) in this lot. If you have that invisible driveway installed, this lot will use it. If you don't, you will have the concrete Maxis driveway instead, which you may then replace with whatever driveway you prefer.
