Her current lover, Carmen, is a sports enthusiast like herself, and a welcome change from her normal routine. She's been seeing her exclusively since Heather left, and Sage would welcome a change from the monogamy pattern as well. This Julian is the best prospect she's seen in ages. He mentions needing a job, so Sage tells him to drop by her shop, she needs a cashier.
