NEW 3.23.08: Now with even more Under Contruction! With the recent addition of Free Timeto my game, I'm making a lot of changes to my lots, and adding new lots, so the neighborhood views & lot pictures here are mostly outdated until I get new pictures up. This week, I updated the University Map, with a renovated Arts building, and the addition of the new Athletics Dept and Academy of Science. More updates to come as I get my lots all settled.

Crescent Island: Base Hood

The base hood for this neighborhood is made from a terrain called Crescent Island, which I believe is by Maxis. Mystery Founder's Orchard Farm is located there, next to the Orchard Farm Grocery Store, owned by Chess Founder. By the grocery is the Public Park, a rustic park where Sims can fish, play chess or darts, and enjoy nature. Being an island, there is much coastal area, but only one Public Beach that offers any ammenities.

Sand Simoleon Point: Downtown

Sand Simoleon Point is the commercial center of the town, and offers both job opportunities and affordable housing to Sims looking to join the Crescent Island community.

Azure Bay: Shopping District

Azure Bay is Crescent Island's cultural center, featuring a Music Conservatory, Art Park, community gym and more.

Screenshot credits: I have tried to keep my download folder light, so I have a limited amount of custom content in my game. What I do have tends to get used a lot, so I'd like to give general credit here for things that are used on almost every lot. Shrubbery and flowers by Khakidoo and by Hysterical Paroxysm, (both from MTS2). Terrain paints by Phaenoh. White edge smoothers used on the top of the 'bus stops' by Ailias. Again, all from MTS2.
